I am not talking about all the burns, but in the last log you posted, parts of it were missing. As suggested, set your target size to Customand you will not burn the last 1mm of disc space. Let me see if i can find the target setting in Vision. I will post a screen shot of the target setting if you need it, but i dont have one handy right now.

MaxBurnJun 4, That size is if you were going to burn those files to dvd without any conversion. The converted size is why you are not able to burn to dvd as your original files were most likely not in dvd format. As I pointed out earlier your output files once nero calculatesthesize of the file to be burnt determined your project would not fiton the nero vision xtra 7.2 free. It has been my experience that the majority of members who are using either Nero 7. All we can do is advise you of something that we believe is causing the problem Stick around this forum and check out some failed burnings and you'll see what we mean.
